In July 2018, Factory starts to equip its own research and development equipment - five-axis automatic loading CNC and standardized interfaces for various parts. We are a high-tech enterprise with dozens of patents and software copyrights. The products developed are all serving for quick proofing and efficient automatic production. Jipuhua Factory has been equipped with multi-axis CNC and flexible production units, sample manufacturing has been streamlined, and single machine has effectively utilized nearly 90 % of working hours. In order to improve efficiency, we have added manipulators, equipped with five-axis turn-milling centers, and improved the digital production management system, including addition of the production execution system.
In the field of rapid proofing in mechanical processing, we are an earlier team in China. We have found a feasible route to solve the problem of the general industrialization of technicians, developed a positioning system for rapid gap-free turnover between processes, and realized the flexible cooperation between the manipulator of the sample automatic production line and the production management system. Our process has achieved remote service to production.
